A flat 5% on bookings that take payment online
If your booking flow collects payment, we take a small 5% on the booking total to cover hosting, payment processing and support. Bookings that don't collect payment are 100% free, up to your monthly limit.
You decide who covers it — absorb it from your payout, or pass it on to the customer at checkout.
The customer pays the price you list. We deduct 5% from your payout when you withdraw.

Yes — every confirmed booking counts toward your 50/month limit, paid or not. The 5% fee only applies on bookings that take payment online.
What happens if I hit the free limit?
New customers will see a friendly message asking the owner to upgrade. Your existing bookings remain unaffected and you can upgrade to Unlimited any time.
How fast are payouts?
Withdrawals to Mpamba, Airtel Money, or bank transfer are typically processed within one business day.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Downgrade to Free with one click — your data stays put, you just go back to the 50 bookings/mo cap.
Do team seats include the owner?
No, the owner of an account is always free. You only pay for additional admins or staff that you invite.
